Na wa oh!! Witches Association in Nigeria deploy 500 witches and Wizards to Abuja ahead of Presidential Inauguration

In preparation for the smooth running of the presidential Inauguration of Nigeria’s Goodluck Johnathan on May 29, the Witches and Wizards Association of Nigeria (WITZAN) has deployed 500 of its members to Abuja as reported by the Nigerian SUN newspaper.

According to their National Coordinator, Dr Okhue Iboi, this decision was taken after the Association held an emergency meeting at Zuma Rock, Niger State. the witches and wizards are there to assure a peaceful inauguration, as they (witches and wizards) have received news that there are a number of disgruntled people who would like to disrupt the inauguration.

MY TAKE

Wonders they say shall never end! What the heck? Is the Nigerian president aware of this? They even have an official organization. Same Nigeria wey Church dey every 50 metres, na the same Nigeria wey di encourage this. Na wa!

Anu, please send me more info on this, or could you direct me to where i can get the full story. I will like to reach-out to the contact person of this association. I am in the course of putting together some information on African indigenous spiritual beliefs and it is so difficult finding information online.

Thanks for this one. Kuddos! to you for keeping this blog alive and for keeping us posted on news worthy events.
